Anna's Eats

Dinner was a little random tonight! I didn’t get finished working until 8:30 so I heated up a little bit of EVERYTHING First up was pasta with sausage, mushroom, onion and fresh basil from the veggie garden in a tomato sauce.

Next was couple of slices of grilled zucchini.

And then some zucchini quiche….

And there’s still more zucchini to be used up!!

CEREAL UPDATE: I finally made it to the store to search for some new cereal! I decided on Barbara’s Puffins, the original variety. I have had the cinnamon ones before and liked them. I thought I’d try the plain variety so I could spice ’em up with some summer fruit!  I also chose this cereal because it is dairy free, 100% natural and high in fiber. I bought some Corn Chex for John’s house (I had a box of Kix there too and one at work!) . And I don’t know what I was thinking, but I grabbed yet another box of Kix!?! I couldn’t help it….

It’s just after 10pm and I need to fold some laundry so I can get to sleep! Good night
